Deviled Eggs and Ham Recipe


Here you have an opportunity to add some tasty ham to your easy deviled eggs recipe. Even sandwich ham slices cut into small bits will work just fine with this easy recipe. Nutrition and eggs fact: Eggs contain a significant amount of iron which is a vital ingredient of red blood cells.

INGREDIENTS:

6 hard boiled eggs (chilled)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon butter
2 Tablespoon ground (or finely chopped) ham
2 Tablespoon mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 Tablespoon cream
Dash of paprika

DIRECTIONS:

Peel the chilled boiled eggs
Carefully cut the eggs in half lengthwise
Remove yolks and place them in a bowl
Mash the yolks with a fork
Combine and mix the yolks with butter, salt, mayonnaise and ham
Stir in the vinegar and cream
Fill the egg white halves evenly with the mixture

Optional – add a dash of paprika to each egg
Optional – add a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese to each egg
